UK colocation provider LDeX Group recognised for achieving 596% revenue growth over the last four years

LDeX Group has today announced that it has been named as the 26th fastest growing technology company in the United Kingdom at this year’s Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 awards, which took place last week at the Langham Hotel in London.
The prestigious accolade was awarded to the independent datacentre and network connectivity provider having achieved an exponential revenue growth of 596% over the last four years. The award highlights the growing success of LDeX as a national datacentre operator in the United Kingdom.
Now in its eighteenth year, the Deloitte Fast 50 awards ranks the country’s 50 fastest growing technology companies, based on revenue growth over the last four years, and includes both public and private companies of all sizes in the technology arena, such as Skyscanner and Just Eat.

Fast growing London-based colocation provider LDeX, today announced the appointment of Paul Dowles as Group Sales Director.
Paul will join the LDeX Management Team with immediate effect and will be responsible for all group sales activities in the UK.
Paul has over 16 years’ experience running successful sales teams in the IP industry working in both Corporate and Wholesale, previously working for Cogent Communications, one of the largest carrier networks globally.

LDeX Group become a LINX Branded vPoP
LDeX Group has today announced that it plans to enhance its connectivity services in its newly opened second Data Centre, LDeX2 in Trafford Park, Manchester, with the addition of a Branded PoP from the IXManchester Exchange operated by The London Internet Exchange (LINX).
As one of the global leaders of Internet Exchange Points (IXP), LINX, with the addition of IXManchester connecting to the LDeX2 data centre facility, will allow existing and new members alike to peer directly on IXManchester with the availability of both 1Gig and 10Gig ports.
With over 650 members from 65 different countries worldwide, LINX is the world’s largest membership association for Internet Service Providers and other major network operators. The organisation handles over 3 Terabytes per second (Tbps) of peak traffic on its public exchange alone and has over 13 Tbps of capacity on its public peering platform.
